My order has not arrived, what
do I do?
1. Is the item in stock on the website? If this states something different and you have ordered overnight delivery, the goods will not be sent until all items are in stock - see our delivery info page.
2. This may be just a postal delay, make sure you have included
the postcode on your order as this is the main reason post
is sometimes delayed or lost. If your parcel still hasn't
turned up after 14 days of receiving your "order despatch
email" please contact
us or visit the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com
and type your recorded number in the box provided.

I would like to place an order
from outside the EU will I get charged VAT...?
No you will not be charged VAT from anywhere outside the
European Union, this is deducted automatically as soon as
you input your country details on the order form when you
checkout.
There is no need to be concerned as your credit / debit card
is processed by Barclays Merchant Services, and will simply
say Net Sales UK on any statement or bank
slip giving no indication of your purchase.
What happens
if I am not in to collect my order or miss a delivery...?
If you are not in to collect your order, there will normally
be a card put through your door for you to pick your parcel
up from the local sorting office, they normally hold it there
for a few weeks before returning it back to us.
If you do not pick your parcel up and it is sent back to
us, there will be another charge of £3.60 for the order
to be re-delivered to you.

What
do I do If I receive the wrong goods...?
In the unlikely event that we have sent out the wrong order
to you, please call us on 0844 5875 167 and we will rectify
our mistake immediately. We will issue you with a returns
number for the wrong items, and send out the correct goods
to you. The cost of returning the items to us will be refunded.
Please note, while we appreciate the error was on our part,
we reserve the right to debit your card if the items do not
reach us within 28 days.

Here at Gaynors Goodies we respect your privacy. All of our
goods are packaged in a nondescript cardboard box or strong
plain padded packaging secured tightly with no indication
of the contents inside, and doesn't mention our company name
on the outside. You may order from our website with complete
confidence and piece of mind. This is one of the reasons our
customers stay with us.

Can I have
my order delivered to a different address...?
Yes we will ship to a different address but we are sorry
we cannot send an order to a PO Box, as this cannot be traced
in any way. We understand that some customers may want us
to deliver a parcel as a present or maybe that you wont be
at your own home to accept delivery. We can easily deliver
presents to your friends or maybe your order to your works
address or elsewhere where you are able to accept delivery
(totally discreetly of course!)
Simply go to the the checkout as normal when you have finished
browsing our catalogue. On the first page, choose the country.
Then, fill in the name and address that your credit/debit
card is registered to. At the bottom, click the box 'If you
want to ship the purchase to an address other than the invoice
address'. On the following page fill in the delivery name
and address.
Then, fill out your payment details and we will dispatch
your order to the delivery address you specify.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection,
click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a
few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please note: Cookies must be enabled
in order to view our catalogue, these are needed to keep track
of your items in your basket.
No we want you to be able to use our products as soon as
you get them if the mood takes you, so all electrical items
now come complete with FREE batteries as standard.
Can
I place my order by telephone discreetly... ?
Yes, you may order any of our products discreetly by the
telephone, as all of our products have a unique number next
to them, you don't need to read out the names of the products
when you order, so it's safe to order within earshot of colleagues
and co-workers! Please make a list of the product numbers
before you call our sales staff or we suggest adding your
items to your shopping cart and then print out the shopping
cart page before calling us.

You may order out stock goods as these are normally in within
7 days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery as our
products come from the USA and China.
When you place your order using your credit or debit card
we will ask for a valid e-mail address, this is needed because
as soon as your order is placed, confirmation will be sent
to your e-mail address seconds after the transaction from
our bank SECPAY, and from Gaynors Goodies with details of
your order. You will also receive an email when your order
has been despatched, provided you have included your email address on the form.
If you would rather not give out your email address that's
ok, your order will still be placed Gaynors Goodies has a
no Spam policy which means we do not sell email addresses
or give them out to anyone else. We only take your email address
to send confirmation of your order, or to let you know the
products are out of stock, or if there is a problem with your
order.Your email is kept secure by us at all times.
